Welcome!
The Waterloo Citizens' Environmental Advisory Committee is an Advisory Committee to City Council on matters related to the environment. Our key goal is to protect, maintain and enhance the environment in a manner consistent with the City of Waterloo’s “Environment First Policy”. The Committee also acts as a catalyst for local initiatives that promote environmental sustainability and conservation of our resources. The Committee endeavours to create a sense of stewardship within the community towards our open spaces, parks and woodlots.
